Data Deletion Instructions
Bized complies with Meta’s requirement for a Data Deletion Callback URL or Instructions. If you would like to delete your information from our platform, please follow the steps below.
1. Requesting Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We provide two primary methods for this:
Via the Dashboard
From your Bized dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account, and click on Permanently Delete My Data at the bottom of the page.
Via Email Request
Send an email to privacy@bized.app from the email address associated with your account. Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. What Data is Deleted?
Upon processing your request, we will permanently remove the following information from our active databases:
- Your personal profile information (Name, Email, Google Provider ID).
- Your business catalog and product data.
- Stored WhatsApp message logs and AI training data related to your account.
- Customer interaction logs and order history.
3. Retention Exceptions
Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law (such as financial records for tax purposes) or to comply with Meta/WhatsApp platform policies. Any data retained for legal purposes will be archived and no longer used for service provision.
4. Confirmation
Once your data has been deleted, we will send a final confirmation email to your registered address. This process is typically completed within 30 days of the request.
