At Bized App, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This policy outlines how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from our systems.

2. Deleting Your Account

You can easily delete your account and all associated data directly through the Bized App application. Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bized App account.
  2. Navigate to Settings from the dashboard (gear icon).
  3. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm the deletion by typing 'DELETE' when prompted.

Warning: This action is permanent. All your business data, customer records, and account information will be permanently removed.

3. Requesting Deletion via Support

If you are unable to access your account or prefer to request deletion via email, you may contact our support team. We will verify your identity and process the deletion request within 30 days.

4. Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or financial record-keeping (e.g., invoice records).
