1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bized platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bized Technologies Ltd.

2. Description of Service

Bized provides a WhatsApp commerce platform that allows businesses to manage catalogs, automate customer service using AI, and process orders through WhatsApp Business API integrations.

3. User Accounts & Responsibility

To use Bized, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that your business activities comply with local laws and the Meta (WhatsApp) Commerce Policy.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date business information.

4. WhatsApp & Meta Compliance

Bized operates as an Official Meta Business Partner. Your use of the WhatsApp features is subject to the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and Meta’s Commercial Terms. Any violation of Meta's policies may result in the immediate suspension of your WhatsApp integration.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Certain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Plan").

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bized Technologies Ltd. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Content & Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Sell illegal goods or services.
• Spam or harass users via WhatsApp broadcasts.
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals.
• Attempt to circumvent platform security or API limits.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bized Technologies Ltd, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bized Technologies Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
