1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Bized App ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Bized App provides a suite of business tools including but not limited to: online store creation, payment processing, customer management (CRM), unified inbox messaging, and digital loyalty passes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bized for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Infringing upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications.
• Transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• Fraudulent transactions or deceiving other users.
• Using Bized App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of the platform require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided to active subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bized App and its licensors. You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Platform, but grant us a license to host and display it to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bized App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
